Here is a recent activity to enable you to get a feel for our experience and capabilities in this area:

Objectives:

To produce a road show to visit major shopping centres around the UK, promoting the launch of the new children’s movie, ‘Racing Stripes’, also to provide an experience for the children who attended the road show that was in line with the theme of the movie in the form of entertainment, give-a-ways and games.

Overview:

We implemented a road show that included Face Painters and Balloon Modellers as well as an Event Management Team at each location. The teams were briefed to host games such as “Pin the Tail on the Zebra” and “Roll for the Zebra” where the children could win tickets to see the movie and goodie bags.

Results:

Excellent! The road show was busy all day every day, creating awareness of the new movie and the desire to go and see it, the games were so popular that all of the prizes were given out and the Face Painters and Balloon Modellers were extremely busy all day.
