Objectives:
To provide a cost effective solution at the Sports and Corporate Group Travels boxing-themed corporate event that would leave our clients staff-free to liaise with delegates. General reception and hospitality duties were required but it was of paramount importance that the Sports and Corporate Group Travels team did what they do best; party and sell!!
Overview:
Firstly as we have a national network of experienced staff we could immediately eliminated any accommodation and travel costs. We utilised a locally based team of professional staff to welcome guests on arrival, register them and direct them to our hospitality staff for refreshments. We had staff collecting drinks cards, handing out popcorn, candyfloss and generally mingling and assisting with the day’s proceedings.
Results:
Attention to detail was key to our approach and guests experienced excellent customer service while saving the clients both time and money. A well organised environment was created so the team and guests could do business, relax AND have fun!
