Overview:
We implemented a road show that included games, giveaways, face painters and balloon modellers as well as an event management team at each location to provide support and to take care of all the logistics. The teams were briefed to host games such as “Pin the Tail on the Zebra” and “Roll for the Zebra” where the children could win tickets to see the movie and merchandised goodie bags
Results:
Excellent! The road show was busy all day, every day and created awareness of the new movie along with a desire to go and see it. The games were fantastically popular and it resulted in all of the prizes being given out; coupled with this both the face painters and balloon modellers were in high demand and extremely busy each day.
