Objectives:
LetsDrive instructor training has provided training to thousands of people across the UK for over 10 years. The main objective of the promotions was to generate a full diary for the instructors and increase exposure of the new MINI One vehicles by targeting teenagers; either those who are about to turn 17 or have started lessons and for what ever reason want to get going again after giving up.
Overview:
We recruited a field sales team that reflected the target market who would generate interest and leads on-site; they were trained on key selling points applicable to individual customers needs.
Shopping centre sites were booked creating an exciting environment to show off the eye catching MINI Ones. The activities were managed and monitored daily to ensure success and implemented agreed calls into a database set up on the client’s behalf and to be appointed by the telesales team.
Results:
Each of our dedicated sales personnel generated on average between 10-20 quality leads per day; of which the follow-up telesales team converted 74% of them into sales. Thus an up-lift in awareness was created plus the profile of our client was raised with the MINI One. Sales volumes were achieved providing a great financial result and the diaries of LetsDrive instructors were filled!
