Objectives:
Citroen Manchester were planning a fund raising event to raise money for Christie’s Hospital as well as creating awareness and raising the profile of Citroen Manchester. An agency was needed to get involved from the offset to provide consultancy through to managing the event itself.
Overview:
PromoPower Account Team liaised very closely with Citroen to ensure all of their objectives were reached; an account manager was assigned to get involved at the early planning stages and worked with Citroen through the build up to the main event itself.
We provided an overspill marquee that doubled up nicely as a bar; the catering and disposables, models and the catwalk, the sound system and lighting and even the chairs for guests to sit on.
Results:
Citroen were delighted with the way the evening turned out, we managed to get 350 guests through the door and everyone who came seemed to really enjoy themselves. All in all we managed to raise over £3,200 on the night and with the additional publicity that Citroen received it was a successful fund raising event!
